Data and privacy
Our PERL and ProGen enquiry forms collect your name, email address and telephone number, with your agreement, so a Resonant Light Technology representative can respond to your product enquiry. The Frequency Explorer receives the request in a private business inbox for follow-up by a Resonant Light Technology representative. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not provide medical records or sensitive health details.
Vercel hosts the form and processes the submission. Resend delivers the notification to our Gmail inbox. These providers may process contact details, delivery records and technical data, including across national borders, under their privacy terms. We do not publish your details or use them to train Maya. Requests remain in the receiving mailbox for enquiry handling; a fixed automatic deletion period has not been configured. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by replying to the follow-up email. Temporary submission limits help reduce spam; they are not a guarantee against abuse.
The recipient address and email delivery credentials are kept in server-side settings, not browser code. Linked manufacturer websites and the interactive Maya service may process technical usage data under their own terms.
Ask Maya
When you send a question, its text and recent messages in that chat are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response. The server keeps the API key private and requests that responses are not stored through the API’s response-storage feature. Provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Avoid sending identifying medical information, passwords or other confidential details.
Chat history is held in page memory and resets when you navigate or reload. Comparison selections and cost estimates are also held in page memory and reset on reload. Exported CSV files are saved only when you choose to download them. Quote amounts are not sent to Maya; selected product names are included when you ask a question from the comparison page.
Product images
Images labelled AI product illustration are generated editorial depictions based on product references. They may simplify or differ from current hardware. Source links lead to official photographs and product documentation.
